VELVEETA GOLD

For this project my team and I were given the task to do an brand act for a food brand, outside of the food industry. Kraft (who owns Velveeta) had done Bologna masks with Oscar Mayer, so why not stay in the beauty business and do Hair Dye?

My role was to make sure that by the time we launched, we had to have a product, with packaging, and ready to be sold through Amazon.

From then on, it was a race against time to create this product.

How did we make it happen?

I found a small cosmetics lab in Florida who was intrigued to jump in. Connected them with our compliance team. 

Set up a bunch of meetings to make sure we were all on the same page. To make sure there was a clear goal, and milestones we could realistically hit.

Our team also planned for us to hack a moment in pop culture to introduce the dye. 

Then we landed the perfect partner to launch this product. The talent we found + our product was the perfect marriage. That talent was:
